Dustin Kensrue Dead at 42

We are devastated to have to write such a depressing article, but to properly preserve Dustin’s name, history, and legacy we want to provide information that will help his fan have grow, even while he’s no longer with us.

Dustin Kensrue (pronounced KENZ- roo) was a talented musician and songwriter who had been in the music industry for over two decades. Kensrue was best known as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for the post-hardcore band Thrice. He had also released several solo albums and has been involved in various side projects.

Kensrue had a unique and powerful voice that has captivated audiences around the world. His lyrics were deep and introspective, often exploring themes of faith, doubt, and the human condition. Some of his most popular songs include “Black Honey,” “The Earth Will Shake,” and “All That’s Left.”

Dustin’s fans have been nothing but supportive, and have the right to know the truth about his death, during a car crash late on Friday night he was badly injured, and rushed to a hospital, were he stayed overnight, dying early this morning.
