For the 4th straight year Kodiak Daniel Padilla has earned his 4th and final state title. Padilla being the top dog in the Podium pinned his opponent in the final seconds in the 3rd period. “He worked extra hard during practice being prepared and ready he is always the first one to come in and the last to leave the mat room” Coach Valadollid said. “If it wasn’t for Coach Costello I wouldn’t have joined this sport I want to thank him for it.” Padilla said. Not only Padilla won his 4th state title he has also won his 4th regional title against Colony TJ Clapp. Padilla who is heading to Reno in couple weeks will try his best to be top dog in the podium. “He is like Manny Pacquiao” one teammate said. Not only Padilla won his finals match Kodiak Joshua Nummer has also won his State Championship and will also be ready to wrestle at Reno.
