Local teenager Jamahl Guilford have been found fatally shot after shootout with rival gang members. Police say he had an argument with a rival gang member over a game of dice and which the two got to arguing and then escalating into a physical altercation which led to the teenager shooting the the rival member 7 times but not before he was hit in the chest in which he was rushed to the hospital. He was later pronounced dead around 7pm this Monday afternoon. Police are still further investigating the situation and looking into suspects that could have prevented the altercation.
