A 14 year old Indian girl named Matreyi Patel, was slain by her Syrian boyfriend Jacob Frank, Last week Friday at the early hours of 4am. He slit her throat, nearly decapitating her, then proceeded to take pictures of her dead body and post them online. Family and friends say Matreyi was a rather energetic, funny girl. They called her “sunshine”. Information now is very limited, but we will inform you as soon updates come out.
