Don “Elvis” Wright, 76, is facing up to 20 years in Federal Prison after a recent attack on a server at Texas Roadhouse in Akron, Ohio. Witnesses say that Don asked the server for extra A1 Steak Sauce, and after being told by his server that they were all out, he began acting erratic. He first began threatening to “Sue the hell out of this sh*t hole” and to “put this a**hole in his place.” When his threats were ignored, Don resorted to racial slurs. This quickly got the attention of the wait staff. As a gentleman tried to guide him out of the building, Don pulled out a fork, stabbing the man in the stomach. After fleeing the scene, Don was found and arrested 12 miles away from the scene of the crime. We will update you as this news is breaking.
