Howard Winland, 52 year old male, of Strasburg, OH recently opened up about his new investment “This town doesn’t have enough fat hoes to sustain the male population. We need to do this for the youth of Strasburg”. Winland plans to make the strip club open to individuals aged 10 and up. He is pending permits from the state of Ohio that are expected to pass within the year.
