Maryen Lorrain Miller, born in 1927, started out her career as a singer. She had many records, including her hit singles “Cry” and “Pink Lemonade”. She then opened her first dance studio in 1945. Her daughter, Abby Lee Miller has continued to use her music. “It’s a beautiful tribute. And my dancers loved using her music.” -Abby Lee.
