Today the City of Jacksonville announced the winner of the 2023 annual cutest animal contest. In a surprising turn off events a “Human Pup” that goes my the name of “Keaton” received the top prize. This is after a large protest pushing for the recognition of Human pups as actual animals took place last week at town hall.
