Shooting in Yakima with an 18-Year old in serious condition

UPDATE 8/29 Authorities have confirmed to Action News that the victim of Sunday afternoon’s shooting 18-Year old Yobani Ramírez Former classmates of Yobani have gone to social media to spread awareness about the tragic cade of their friend. Friends tell us he was a student at Toppenish High School. The shooting happened in the area of Madison Ave at 4:15 PM. The crime scene was located east of Steptoe. It is a block north of the McDonald’s rode Officers reported that they were responding to a weapons complaint. As officers were on the way to the scene, police received reports of several people running away from the scene of the shooting.
When officers arrived, they found Yobani suffering from a gunshot wound. With also stabs wound on all over his body Medics rushed Ramirez to a nearby hospital where he’s in critical condition at this moment
