Looking this black truck they couldn’t identify the suspect but it’s belive to a young hispanic man between the age 18 and 21-year-old on the picture he is involved in hit and run in Atlanta Georgia. Witness said a person was crossing the street Friday night when this young man in a black truck ran over the victim who has not been identified.
