19 Year old Taeshaun Kastel of the Edgewater neighborhood was shot and killed in the overnight hours on Sheridan and Estes locals say a black
SUV, pulled up on the side of him and fired shots, leaving him dead on the scene. Taeshaun was transported to Saint Francis Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
