Global International Singer Selena Gomez was rushed to the hospital after suffering a broken hand and bruised face . Authorities confirmed that the singer tripped on her long dress and fell face first on to the floor where she hit and broke her hand. She was admitted and underwent surgery immediately. She was seen a day later leaving the hospital with a hand cast.
