The CFA Institute, in a dramatic turn of events, and as a new development, has this afternoon directed that students who pass exams of any level shall only ingest liquids of an a potency not a percentage point less than the average failure rate of that seating. The directive was released after a top student from Uganda, Sydney Ngobi, was heard dismissing the idea of inebriation this coming weekend. This was also received with considerable disdain from the Muslim community that termed the directive as inherently “Haram” and “calamitous”.
