Week 6 10/13 ; 10/20

After a stellar beginning to the season for the Vikings, playoff contention is gone after the forfeit on Friday. It is said to believe the coach of the Vikings called the game on hold for star player and team captain Hussein Khalil, who suddenly went down after scoring his 26th touchdown this season. “I don’t know, my head just started hurting and I went down, couldn’t feel anything. It just happened” Khalil stated when asked about it. We asked teammates of his, Versai Holmes, Jeylon Eqty, and star lineman Jacob Erhjasu, they all had the same answer. “I mean, it’s upsetting. No one wanted us to not make the playoffs. But honestly, I am not mad we put stop on the game, we were all worried about our teammate, I mean, he’s a brother to us. Without him, we wouldn’t have the chance to be in this spot. He single handedly played amazingly. If this didn’t happen he would have broke state records. It’s just upsetting.”
