The UAE based EMAAR lottery in Dubai has declared its winning number
#758143, and as a surprise to many, the winner is not based in the UAE, but was just a tourist who accidently bought the winning tickets at at a counter at Burj al-Khalifa.
Dr Shah Aiman, a doctor based in bathinda, India , had bought the winning ticket few months back when he was on vacation in the UAE.
The lottery has asked the Dr Shah to collect the same within 15 working days or he will forfeit the amount.
