On Halloween, a local teenage boy from Hixson, Tennessee, almost drowned in a tragic accident. The boy, Brayden Standefer (17) claims he forgot he couldn’t breathe underwater. When an eyewitness was interviewed (Ethan Lane – 17), he claimed “it seemed as if Brayden… forgot that he could just roll over. He laid face down in the kiddie pool for almost 3 minutes. At first I thought he was just messing with us, but e began to thrash in the water.” Lane claims that he tried for many seconds to drag Brayden out, but he was too heavy for the 17 year old kicker. It took the help of Brayden’s new found girlfriend, Macy, to get him out. Reagan administered CPR for almost 2 and a half hours, although Standefer regained consciousness after 7 minutes. When interviewed, Reagan claimed, “Brayden needed saving, and I knew I had to do it. Ethan said he wouldn’t get his mouth anywhere near Braydens, but I actually kinda enjoyed it.”
Brayden has returned home from the minute clinic and is expected to make a full recovery before his game Friday
