At around 3:54 pm EST, Fred Warner, a linebacker for the San Francisco 49ers and his family got into a car crash on Highway 99 in San Marcos leading to Fred Warner being seriously injured holding his neck and is then carried out in the ambulance to the nearest hospital where he is being treated now.
