A report by the NTSB revealed a crew ignored two warning signs to stop before colliding with another plane at the Van Nuys private airport in Los Angeles. All six people (including Kim Kardashian) aboard Kim Kardashian’s private jet died when the aircraft crashed and burned in a field near the airport local and federal authorities said. It is not yet known what other passengers were on board.
