Ottawa police traffic investigators are seeking witnesses or dashcam footage of alleged dangerous driving involving a Black or matte black BMW four-door sedan.
Police say they have received complaints about incidents on roadways, Highway 417 and other locations during a months-long investigation. The BMW was seen driving at high rates of speed, posing a serious danger to the public, police said. The driver also posted video of the dangerous acts to social media.
