In a shocking incident that left bystanders in panic, a man was apprehended by authorities after wielding a chainsaw in Washington D.C’s Navy Yard neighborhood. Witnesses reported a terrifying scene as the man revved the chainsaw, sending people running for cover, and physically assaulted 5 people with the weapon resulting in major bodily harm.
According to law enforcement, the man was under the influence of drugs.
