Delhi-NCR: A Delhi-NCR based doctor has been recently announced as the winner of the 12 Cr Emaar based lottery.Dr.Shah Aiman, a senior doctor by profession had never thought that buying a Rs 500 lottery ticket would turn out to be a fortune changer for him.He said he plans to biy a new house and car with the amount and sepnd the rest in charity.
