Police officer Andy struetman states, ” Today, we encountered an individual named Jamal King who attempted to coerce police officers into signing a contract with disgusting and morally unacceptable terms. The officers informed Mr. King that such a request was inappropriate and that police officers cannot be asked to sign such contracts.
