A teenage girl has been shot and killed in richmond va around 11pm today she got shot and killed in a drive by on nine mile road near walgreens she been shot twice one in her chest and the other one in her leg she later had been rushed to the hospital and died in Saint Mary Hospital her name was Tahj Miles she was a sophomore at highland springs highschool pray for her family
