Rapper kevin gates was shot 8 times approximately at 1:45am after finishing a concert. Witnesses say they seen 3 masked men running from the seen after shots rung out.we belive they fled in a all black Cadillac SUV with Texas plates.we asked anybody with information leading to the arrest to call (713)521-4600
